We used Superior Cleaning and Restoration to remove the popcorn ceiling in our home. They left drip marks on each wall where they removed popcorn ceiling (entire interior requires repainting), damaged our closet doors during removal, and took no care when handling anything attached to the ceiling. I wish I hadn't gone for the cheapest option. I am a General Contractor and was looking for a quote on asbestos abatement. I contacted Superior and sent over the asbestos report. It took them nine days to look at the house and I still haven't received an estimate. Very poor communication, I have to call and text multiple times to even get an answer. I am now on day 23 without an estimate. The field project manager even lied about time frames and the permit process. I would not recommend this company.
