We refinanced our home through Cole Holmes at Waterstone Mortgage and we’re pleasantly surprised at how painless it was! The entire team was professional, responsive, and friendly. They had automated a lot of the paperwork, which made the process simpler than when we refinanced in the past. They were flexible on timing and able to lock in our rate while we worked through some challenges with our existing mortgage. Overall it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.
This isn’t my wife and I’s first rodeo dealing with a lender but it most definitely was the best experience we’ve had with one! Cole kept us in the loop the entire time.
