The first thing Cole asked me when I emailed him was:" Whom should I thank for your referral". This tells you everything about Cole. The mortgage world is super busy but he always takes time to thank, to answer all your questions, to watch the rates for you and he replies to your email even if he is in a training on a business trip in a different city. Cole helped my wife and I secure our first mortgage in 2005. He was extremely helpful and understanding that we were walking into an unknown...a mortgage.
