I have been here almost 6 years and I'm still loving every minute. Of course nothing is perfect but any issue's with the apartment I have had were met in a timely manner and with professionalism I really value. The maintenance team is top notch Mike was a pleasure and quickly fixed the issue I had. When they say they will show up in 24 to 48 hours they mean it !! No waiting no checking up I can always count on them. I never needed an emergency service but I'm sure if I ever did they would be here quick.

To start off with a general review, I am overly ecstatic with the service I was met with when I started reaching out to Colony Park to tour and apply. My first mention for this (should be higher than) five star review, is that Dena is the shining star employee who is the reason I have signed on to lease. I had an amazing experience renting at Colony Park Luxury Apartments. Customer service was very professional. The leasing department and maintenance department were amazing. Shout out to my girl Cindy who went above and beyond to make sure my apartment suited me perfectly.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful community to live in because the amenities are wonderful, the prices are affordable and service is excellent..

I Am currently on a search for a new apartment and Dina has been a PLEASURE to deal with during my process which can be stressful. She has so much knowledge and answers all of the questions I am unsure about. Extremely professional, & easy to talk to. She gave me such a wonderful tour of the beautiful properties. Last week she toured me at another location and I had the same comfortable welcoming experience. Thank you So much Dina I’m looking forward to speaking with you more in the future about my upcoming move !!

Dena is exceptional at her job. She is very warm and friendly, and super helpful. She checked in with me to make sure my move in experience went well and asked if I needed anything else. She helped make this transition to an apartment a positive experience.
