She had an appointment with Dr. Weprin today and called me hysterically crying because she felt so uncomfortable and upset about how he treated her. No one called to tell me that appt was cancelled until I showed up. They did fit me in 2 hrs later. My NP was great but she rushed me out! Then had the nerve to forgot about me Twice with calling in my RX med.

When I first few years I went there it was ok now there no communication from front to back and I don't have time to go 35 minutes just to cancel my appointment. I'm sorry to say goodbye I'm not returning going to find someone closer and who really cares

Che,k in and office visit was professional. medications called in correctly. However I received notification from my insurance co that the laboratory submitted the wrong code for service and the bill has been denied. You need to fix this.

This location was not generally where I go to be seen. I was taken back in a timely manner to check in and do review questions with the nurse who was working with the NP. Answered all questions and declined to be tested for STDs during my visit because I had no symptoms and no discharge to need to be checked. My visit was mainly an annual visit to refill my birth control, so should have been quick, reviewed any concerns, a breast exam then leave. It was about 30 minutes and then the NP came in.
