I was late I text the office and told them the person answered the phone said as long I get there in 15 minutes it would ok I did I sat in waiting room 35 to 40 minutes finally got called back to tell me all has be rescheduled again this is fifth time to reschedule there no communication to the front receptionist I am ready to find someone else I have to travel 35 minutes over and over again for rescheduled then nurse asked if I can do my annual exam I said no what about the pelvic ultrasound I was supposed to do she said wh... read more

NP was great. No problems there. Admin was supposed to send me an email so that I could login to the portal. Still have not been received the email even after I called requesting it again today. I was seen by your office on 5/5 and an appt was supposed to be requested at Mt Carmel for a diagnostic mammogram and sonogram. When I called your office today I was told that the orders are there, the call hasn't been made requesting an appt. Today is Wednesday, 5/8. Came in for my scheduled appt and was asked repeatedly “why are you here? what are you doing here? Why are you scheduled for an ultrasound?” I said I don’t know, ask the Dr. she said the Dr. wasn’t in yet but would go check and I said sorry this is an inconvenience to you. Tanya came back and had me go back to the lobby. She was very rude, disrespectful and I apparently was a huge inconvenience to her day. Poor service!

Too long in waiting room. But more importantly, although I have previously authorized and received information in a voicemail, two times this week I was left a message to call the nurse. Each time I called I was on hold so long ( (40 minutes on two different hold lines) that as a teacher, I had to get someone to cover my class. Also the second this last time, when I finally got through, all they wanted to do was give me a phone number.

Dr Sinclair and her MA were wonderful. The issue I had was with the front desk/scheduling, 3 different times I was scheduled at the wrong place for my annual visit.

I showed up 15 mins early for my appointment. I was taken back and weighed, etc. timely and then put into a room. There I stayed for over a half hour while I heard the NP see two other patients. No one checked on me to inform me she was running behind. I think they forgot about me. I had to get dressed and go find the nurse and ask what’s going on. Confirming my appointment followed by a notice of needing to reschedule two minutes later? Then a notice that there was an error. Andvyo come on. Trying to get to the appointment on time was impossible. I called and was on hold 18 minutes
