Came a year ago to dr kurup and she did nothing to even suggest a fix for the bowels pressing my vaginal wall. Never again will I ever see her.? Dr. Sinclair was wonderful and discovered I had a prolapsed bowel which could have been discovered a year ago and saved me over a year of suffering and terrible pain with bowels constantly backed up Dr kurup in my mind does not honor her profession. Cols obgyn can look at her notes without letting her know so she cannot change anything. Dr. Sinclair is wonderful

I have an outstanding balance form October 2022. I have no idea why I’m responsible for a billing issue. I’ve had multiple conversations with the billing department they put it on me. I’ve don’t 3 way calls and with insurance company just to find out there was another issue. Not sure how the same prob has happened twice with this office. I don’t have this issue with any of my other doctor offices.

All staff appeared competent. I had long waits in the waiting room and in the room waiting for the dr.

They tried to make me pay the past hospital and take out my credit card right there and then . Basically scared me on my first visit … The blood drawing lady
i went in wanting a test done for endemetriosis & i believe they just gave me a typical check up, never mentioned anything else to me about it & with this being my first time at a obgyn i didn’t know what was going on & they didn't really explain the process well.
They draw my blood I think three weeks before and I haven’t got a report and they didn’t call me also.

Office visit was very quick and to the point. That is the positive and the negative. Was not a personable visit by any means, though I imagine my follow up (or at least my hope is that it) will be more personal. This was merely an establishing visit. Everything you need is in one facility though, which is great. Seems they are doing some work to it as well to update the building. Overall didn't mind and would recommend.
