Just OK. No one was at the desk when we arrived, he did say he had gone to the bathroom which absolutely fair enough, but I do wish a sign had been placed to say something along the lines of Back in 5 etc. As I began to worry we would not be able to check in if the desk was unattended. We had an issue with our cards as we are visiting from overseas, if we had been able to use the pinpad and insert our cards rather than swipe we would not have had an issue. Good The stay was great the only thing is the receptionist needs to have self awareness of hygiene. I’ve stays here 2 times and same issue receptionist has very strong body odor, self hygiene should be required for someone in customer service. Check in was fast, rooms and facility was clean.
