My experience with Comfort Tech was amazing. I called and Taylor was the lady that I talked to. She was very professional and lovely to talk to. She then directed my call to Nick. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable, efficient and an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond in answering all of the questions that my Strata had and got things done right away. About a year and a half to two years ago I had a company come in because our furnace was not working properly. The company quoted over $200 for a part and then labour to put the part in. I called Comfort Tech and they looked at the furnace and said it just needed an adjustment; a $100 service call. When my furnace finally went this October, I got three quotes for the purchase and installation of a new furnace. Was Comfort Tech the lowest quote; no, they came in as the middle quote.
