Comfort Tech recently installed new a/c unit and wifi thermostat in our home. They were prompt, professional and efficient. They also did some extras for us to ensure everything was up to standard. We were most impressed that they showed up on time. It’s been our experience of late that companies provide a four hour window that they may or may not keep. Comfort Tech arrived to the minute. They also patiently ensured we were familiar with the workings of our new thermostat. We would highly recommend this company!

Its hard working team did a wonderful job in upgrading our high efficiency natural gas furnace and more efficient air condition system in less than 2 days prior to the April 1 price increase. A new extra two-pipe air intake and exhaust did not bother the crew at all after our lower level ceiling was finished 6 years ago, installation of new 5" filter box and thermostat made the system better than before. Comfort Tech installed my new hot water tank. The office staff is so very pleasant to deal with. The techs were polite, friendly and very tidy. Nathan did a wonderful job. He is very thorough and double checked all aspects of his work. He also gave me some useful information as he went along. When all was done, the bifold door on the HWT closet was very tight and a bit difficult to close, as the new tank was ever so slightly bigger than the old one. The team at Comfort Tech was awesome to work with. Very responsive. Awesome turn around time. Very communicative. They also responded to fix an issue that I saw with the filter door and decided to react in a positive manner to correct the challenge I saw. I am 110% satisfied. Quality service. Quality product.
Had to call after business hours for furnace repair. Tech came out quite quickly after the call The furnace needed a part. Comfort Tech was able to source the part and install it the next day. Considering the outside temp we appreciated them getting this fixed in such a timely manner.
