Apartments are great. Clean and in good shape. Newly renovated kitchens and baths. Nice grounds...lots of landscaping. Parking was an issue, but with new permit system, it has improved greatly. Very nice office staff. Maintanance is awesome. Very quick and friendly. The train noise can be annoying, but you get used to it pretty quick.
It's clean, safe area, remodeled apartments, friendly people in the rental office. I don't know why everyone is complaining. I'm a 23 yr.old college student, and it's a nice community. Of course, music, loud, annoying neighbors, etc. are risks at any place. The indoor and outdoor pool, and workout room are nice!
We lived here for a year and are only moving out because of new jobs. We LOVED it here and felt like we were at home the entire time we lived here. The rent is unbeatable, HUGE closets, laundry in each building, a walk to the park and zoo (which we did often!), and a GREAT staff that will do anything they can to help you! We will miss this place!
I agree with the last post completely. It s not luxury apartments, but I have definitely lived in worse. The rent was very reasonable, but as I am renewing my lease they have raised rent considerably. The staff in the office are very helpful and nice, but don t expect them to make exceptions to the rules for you.
I lived in Como Park apartments for almost a year, and only moved because I was relocating out of state. I had a very affordable one bedroom that was quiet, clean, and spacious. I loved the walk-in closets! I paid $30/month for a garage, which I was very thankful for in the winter. My husband and I have lived at Como Park apartments for almost two years. We are very satisfied. The maintanence staff have always been polite and respectful anytime they have come into my home. We have taken advantage of the great ammenities such as the indoor and outdoor pool, whirlpool and party room. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful. The office staff is adequate. We have lived in these apartments for almost 3 years. We have been very happy with every bit of living here. The maintenance is great, whenever we had a problem, they were there to fix it asap. We never had any problems. THe whole gang was very accomdating to us throughout our stay at Como Park Apartments. They strive to make a great living place for there clients.
