They have BUGS, they won't fix anything, Washers and dryers were always broke, and when you move out they make something up that you damaged in your apartment so they can keep your deposit.
We will not be renewing.
Poor Customer Service I'm moving to MN from out of state and after being in contact with the office staff at Como Park, sending my friend who lives there to visit the place for me, and finally visiting myself when I was in town I made the decision to rent there. I was excited because both myself and my friend were told that I would be able to take a short term lease while I transitioned to MN and got familiar with...
What can I say?....I love this place! The management team at Como Park Apartment is outstanding, having only one goal in mind: to take care of the residents. We're all family here! ~Tina
