Complete Emergency Care provided just the right care for me when I felt at my worst. The front desk staff were pleasant, the waiting area was comfortable and clean. I did not wait long for a nurse to call me to my room. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a compassionate and amazing doctor, Dr. Fausto. The next following my visit another doctor called me for a follow up just to check on me. Complete Emergency Care provided superb service.

The timeliness, the diligence, the personable care I received was extremely impressive. Very professional and informative. Each employee I encountered had the nicest attitude. Please acknowledge them.
Dr was great. Nurse seemed distracted. She was looking at her Apple watch while I spoke and was a bit disorganized. I also heard a woman come in for a covid test due to symptoms and they let her sit in the waiting room. She’d remove her mask to blow her nose and was coughing. It made me uncomfortable she wasn’t asked to wait in the car.
Very friendly staff, and an awesome Doctor who ensured that my son was comfortable with the procedure that he was about to perform.
Staff is always so helpful and listens to my concerns. I always appreciate the staff and their care. The follow up call is also such a great genuine way of a full on patient experience. Dr. Frausto and Dr. Serial are amazing doctors! Thank you!
