Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Doctor and the entire team were very attentive and provided great care. This is the second time I’ve been to this facility and have always received great care. I highly recommend The Emergency Clinic for quick care.
Receptionist was friendly, professional, and patient with me. Nurse was polite and professional and thorough. Doctor was great went over all my issues and we never post care as well as the nurse who also went over post care.

Was very well taken care of.. The tow truck was there tight away Got my truck up., and moved almost immediately, which was great cause it’s a busy intersection was happy to explain everything to me, which was appreciated. Thank you.

I presented at Tyler Complete Care with a UTI and was treated immediately, left a urine specimen, and was seen by Dr Brad Robertson who immediately prescribed an antibiotic. I was treated with great professional care and was in my way in thirty minutes. They called with the results of the culture 3 days later that confirmed the diagnosis. Excellent care in an emergency!

The staff was sooo friendly, prompt, caring, and very patient. I felt very well taken care of and was told everything that was happening or going to happen. The staff made me feel safe and cared for. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone.
