I presented at Tyler Complete Care with a UTI and was treated immediately, left a urine specimen, and was seen by Dr Brad Robertson who immediately prescribed an antibiotic. I was treated with great professional care and was in my way in thirty minutes. They called with the results of the culture 3 days later that confirmed the diagnosis. Excellent care in an emergency!Â

Dr McDonaldâ did an outstanding job as he always does and gave me valuable information. The staff was professional and I appreciated the service services. I wished I could use my Medicare insurance rather than cash payment.Â
