VIK Complete Care is hands down the best urgent care facility in Austin. We visited last week after my wife had a bad fall, and the experience was seamless. We were seen promptly, and because they have full diagnostic equipment on site, we were able to rule out a concussion immediately and even get some clarity on an ongoing condition. The attending physician was incredibly thorough, and the entire staff was professional, polite, and genuinely compassionate. We felt completely confident in the care we received.

I never want to go to an ER, but if I have to this is the place. Nurse Grace and NP Blow took great care of me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and it’s definitely appreciated.
