I am always greatly taken care of when I come here and everyone is always extremely kind and quick to help find the problem/resolve them
Quick service and awesome care
From checkin to first eval to final stitches. Everyone did a great job and did not have to wait
Employees were friendly and caring. They explained everything to me. The doctor and nurse Samuel were courteous and professional.
Everyone was super friendly from start to finish. Check in was easy and the wait time was very short to be seen. Dr McAllister did a great job stitching up my fingers. The nurse explained in detail what I needed to do to care for my fingers.
Both the NP and asst RN were awesome in personality, professionalism and medical guidance. This was the BEST I have seen in years! Took my husband to NE Baptist a month ago, because y'all don't accept Medicare insurance, and the care he got there would be rating of an F...they failed in so many ways, but your staff topped them by a landslide..Thanks.
The Pearl is my go to now whenever I have a medical need. Great staff, very little waiting, they listen to my concerns
