When you walk in the door, you are met with a smile and pleasant greeting. Staff are cheerful and engaging...nice to you and nice to each other. How refreshing!! The owners (Jackson and Jennifer) are so down to earth, thorough with explanations and patient with questions. You feel like you matter, and they want your dental experience to be optimal...whether with them or whomever you decide can meet your needs. Wish ALL businesses could follow their example.
This was my first time visit and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the of the staff as well as Dr. Bean. They have state of the art equipment including a CT for bone density. Dr Bean spent a lot of time talking me through what he saw, things that needed to be addressed, as well as future problems. I was an emergency new patient walk in for a loose tooth but felt like I wasn't being rushed in and out. Dr Bean is absolutely the best. He is so connected with his patients and their family. He takes the time to explain everything and he checks up on his patients after a procedure. He goes above and beyond. The staff at his office a very friendly and inviting. This office makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!
After having had a previous experience that were not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist. Not something to brag about, but I have been to tons of dentists and have had trouble finding someone that I can trust and one who actually cares. Well, this place actually cares. This place is amazing!!! They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. It’s really a hidden gem East of Dallas. They presented us with all the options in detail. They took the time to make sure we understood EVERYTHING. Choosing them had been the best decision. The dogs are a bonus!
