Jason has helped me the last two times I came in. I didn’t have an appointment but he stopped what he was doing and looked at my computer and fixed it in minutes. I appreciate it more than you know. He is an amazing person who will go out of his way to help you.

I was so very impressed with John at the Williamsburg location. I took my computer in and John was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything that had happened. His patience and kindness was greatly appreciated.

Great place to go if you need any second hand tools. I needed a used monitor and they helped with a good price. The second I bought I had to return because button was stuck to turn on and off and they had no problem returning it no questions asked

Went to the Computer Concepts in Chesapeake Va. Marvin was a complete professional. We couldnt get the phone fixed but he went appove and beyond to help us. I recommend coming to this store for any help with apple phones.
