Deneen was great. I appreciate her taking my right to see the vehicle I wanted to see and not wasting time. Deneen has a lot of experience and based on talking to me for one minute knew the exact vehicle I would want. I didn’t need to haggle because price was reasonable at MSRP and offer on the trade in was also reasonable.
