They had the make and color I wanted in 1 business day. The lease price came down some from their first offer. I think it was a mostly fair experience.

My car shopping experience was good. When I was ready to leave the dealership after my purchase the seat adjustments didn’t work. It was very disappointing but will be fixed, I hope, by the maintenance staff.
