Mark was very attentive and flexible with me as I navigated trading my car and buying a new one. He was very patient and informative. I gave him details of what I wanted in a car and he delivered! This dealership customer service was awesome. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to see the great buy on a car. My only issue was I was told the right vent cover will be installed before I pick up the car and it was not which was not a sales person fault I had to call the dealership to make a service call, but I recommend this dealership to everyone the service I received outweighed the oversight of the vent not being repaired

Average/typical experience with a car dealership. I asked for a couple of small items to be done before picking up the vehicle. Salesman said they were done, they were not done. Was a little mislead about a few things on the vehicle. Was not happy that the day after I made the purchase the internet price dropped by $685. Asked salesman and sales manager for and adjustment, no response.
