RecommendedMoved in the day they opened and immediately loved it. Great amenities, location, and pretty affordable. I recently had to move for work and leaving Confluence on 3rd is the one downside of it. One concern is moving in and out. There isn’t really a place to park. You have to hope for a spot near a door that you can enter through.

I was super pleased with my experience at the Confluence on 3rd! The amenities (workout room, pool, coffee and more!), the location, the underground parking and the management team are just a few of the things that make the Confluence “the place to be”. I would definitely recommend living here! It was always kept clean and the residents were friendly and respectful.

Choosing to move into Confluence was an easy decision. The staff have been extremely helpful and efficient. The maintenance staff came and worked quickly to make little fixes around my place without any question or hesitation. Great location and very clean / safe place to live. Highly recommend!

Hand down amazing complex! Literally located in Downtown Des Moines! All the staff is amazing from maintenance, to the assistant manager, all the way up to the manager. The complex offers amazing resident events! Also great communication between residents and management! If your looking for a modern, fun environment this is hands down the place to be!

From the minuet I stepped foot in Confluence on 3rd I felt at home. Zach has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND from showing me the apartment to the weeks moving into my apartment. From someone who is not from Des Moines I felt at home right away! With being from out of state I wanted to pictures sent to me of my apartment to help me buy furniture for my apartment Zach was nice enough to send me pictures of what the apartment looked like with nothing in it. We had looked at several apartments in the downtown area, and for the money, Confluence had the best amenities and living space. The three things I love the most about our living unit is a beautiful kitchen, tons of natural light, and spacious closets. As an empty nester who is downsizing, don’t discount adequate storage! Our friends are amazed at all of the amenities and can’t wait to spend time with us on the rooftop deck overlooking downtown. The staff is great, helpful and takes the time to answer your questions. My family looked at several units over a 1 week period and the staff were accommodating, pleasant and professional. The units and community’s space are clean, fresh and new. It’s clear the staff cares deeply about their tenants and community - would recommend to anyone!
