I met with Paulina from the management team and she was super nice and friendly! She gave me a tour of confluence and I was blown away with how exceptional confluence is with all the amenities offered! Great views from the rooftop, great workout room, awesome pool and hot tub, and a variety of floor plans to best fit your needs! I am looking to move in the summer of ‘18 and I definitely will be referring my friends as well!

Moved in the day they opened and immediately loved it. Great amenities, location, and pretty affordable. I recently had to move for work and leaving Confluence on 3rd is the one downside of it. One concern is moving in and out. There isn’t really a place to park. You have to hope for a spot near a door that you can enter through.

Love the downtown location and the resort style living! Moving to Confluence on 3rd was the greatest choice. No other apartment can compare! We now have a beautiful space that we enjoy sharing with friends and family.
