RecommendedLove the downtown location and the resort style living! Moving to Confluence on 3rd was the greatest choice. No other apartment can compare! We now have a beautiful space that we enjoy sharing with friends and family.

I love Confluence Apartments! I am one of the first people to move in there, and I strongly recommend it to anyone. There are a lot of things you can do, and never get bored. Beautiful living space with great staff.

Being a resident of Confluence on 3rd has been the best experience. From the beautiful living space to the many amenities, it has been great to be a part of the community. You don't find many buildings in the area that offer all of the amenities that Confluence does.
