We find it get for online registration for our teams and also use it for newsletter and surveys Pros Ease of use and great tracking tools for our newsletter. The flexibility for event registration is also great Cons Sometimes take a few extra clicks to get to where you want to go
A bit clunky I found it hard to use when setting up campaigns for clients. It isn't the most intuitive email management software out there. For simple campaigns it is "good enough". Pros Cons
Email marketing with Constant Contact Constant Contact is the best on the market. I have tried mail chimp and other lower cost and they don't measure up. Constant Contact is by far the best I have ever used. Great customer service and useful webinars to help you. While my business is BtoB, they still understand my obstacles and help me grow. Pros Easy to use and the software allows a lot of creative flexibility Cons Kinda priced high, but worth every penny!
Good for managing your emails and contact lists - widely supported platform It does everything it says, but there are other competitors out there at cheaper prices, such as MailChimp. I'm concerned about their "mobile friendly" email templates. When you edit something (as simple as a white box) in HTML mode, you'll see all this crazy markup and all kinds of HTML tables and tracking URL's. Constant contact and Salesforce My experience with Constant Contact is largely around their integration with Salesforce.com. I am impressed with the Constant Contact functionality but am less impressed with their out of the box integration with Salesforce. It requires too many steps to get the job done. Simple, but clunky Constant Contact is my second favorite mass email communication tool. The templates are nice, but they feel a bit dated. Pros Templates. Ease of importing contacts. Cons Templates feel dated. UI feels clunky
Email Marketing Campaigns I was using Constant Contact in my previous position as the marketing/events coordinator.
