Frustrating software Constant Contact was not user-friendly at all, and it is a very basic way of sending out newsletters or announcements. If you want to stay within their limited templates, it works pretty well, but I prefer more control over how the ad looks, and I like getting usable statistics on what's been sent out. Pros Cons

Great product for mass messaging I love Constant Contact. It is easy to use, is constantly making improvements and adapting to current trends, and has solid customer support (although I've rarely had to use it). I find it to be a better experience than MailChimp. Even though it is primarily used for marketing, it has suited our needs as a tool for external school communications. Pros Cons

Customer Support is unparalleled! Constant Contact stacks up well against any email platform. There are some areas that are a little clunky, some options that should be easier to navigate (like adding tables/buttons to your emails) but their customer support is so responsive, very available, and helps you navigate any challenge almost instantly. Our whole team calls all the time! Pros Statistics, organization Cons Design features are not intuitive

Very Professional Looking, But Has A Few Problems I used this when designing marketing campaigns and emails for a company with approximately 12,000 contacts. Although it always ended up making a beautiful email, there were sometimes glitches across different email platforms that shifted email elements out of place. Usually, Customer Service would fix it if you contacted them, though! Pros Cons

its average, not the best service its easy enough to use but the features are minimal and its not as intuitive as other emailing software. Pros is basic and can get the job done Cons its just basic and don't offer enough in the way of helping grow the lists of subscribers.

Email marketing on the cheap Constant Contact offers all the necessary features for a small to medium sized organization to have a well managed online presence, including email marketing with easy to use design templates, customizable email signup forms, etc. Pros Good value for the price. Cons

Great for fundraising! We used this to create and distribute a newsletter. Formatting features are relatively easy to use. Love the tracking component which provides very clear information as a means of assessing audience interest. Flexible, thoughtfully designed program. Pros Tracking feature, flexibility, designers' awareness of needs of a non-profit. Cons

They are a good fit for most, but not a great fit for a restaurant. We used them for a few years, and while I don't have too many complaints, there are other, restaurant specific email marketing companies that offer more features and at a better price. Pros Cons

Tons of features, great support I use Constant Contact to produce a monthly email newsletter for law firm clients. There are a variety of templates, and those who are savvy have the option of making tweaks in HTML code. The contact database is also easy to maintain, and the pricing is more than fair. Analytics are pretty standard. Opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces. I can easily export lists and show the powers that be any data they are interested in. Pros Cons
