Constant Contact - Internal and External Overall, I like Constant Contact. Some of the email clients I've used require a much higher level of coding or custom design. Constant Contact can be easily customized and has great drag and drop features. I would definitely recommend this over some of the other options out there. Pros Cons
Constant Contact Generally easy to use, but can be very fussy about formatting - sometimes it just WON'T do what I want it to do (colors, formatting, spacing). It's OK...does what I need but I'm still open to something else/better I use Constant Contact because it is connected to our Church Management System. Therefore, my primary use is to "make emails pretty". If it were more integrated with our management system I would use more of its features and love it more. Pros It's somewhat integrated with our Church Management Software. Cons I wish it was more of a two-way communication with the other software that it integrates with.

Easy to use but lacking on customization We use Constant Contact on a regular basis but find the customization of our emails limited so we design everything in photoshop and then import the graphics. As a result we lose the keyword searches. Pros Cons
