Constant Contact good for a variety of basic features for smaller orgs Pros Many different functionalities to take advantage of besides email, like surveys, CRM management, landing pages, etc. Cons Some of the features are still a little clunky and the wide variety makes for lack of depth within each (e.g. you can schedule a post to social media, but you can't tag accounts or edit articles). Sometimes the email editor can be a little clunky as well, but it is a drag and drop interface.

Constant Contact Review Landing pages and website development.Email marketing automation. Pros Constant Contact makes it easy to create and design websites through WYSIWYG editor tools and free CSS templates. Cons Truth be told, it’s been over a decade now ever since I implemented Constant Contact and I rarely encounter issues.

Good Bang For The Buck Overall, this is a good product for the price. The new AI tool is a great addition. Pros Offers a lor of value for the price. The new AI tool is good and generates quality text. Cons It's a little hard to use for new comers - could have better training tutorials.

Easy to use! When I was using it, it was a pretty good platform. It is a little limiting on email structure, but for the most part it was a great platform! Pros It's fairly simple to use and can help keep all contacts organized. Cons You have to know exactly how to set up and organize your leads at the beginning, otherwise, it's difficult to change and re-categorize later on.

Constant Contact is Great for all Small Businesses My overall experience was that it's a win for me, I'm glad I was referred to it and now I refer people to it. Pros The pro's that I enjoy is the self explanatory and ease of the program, I can inform my customers and new clientele of everything that was goin on in my business. Cons I can not say there was nothing I didn't like, it was super easy to do and I have no complaints. This is a great program

You Cannot Beat the Ease of Use! Overall they have been great! Pros We LOVE using Constant Contact for our monthly email newsletters. New staff can jump in and use it easily and it makes communicating about our events stress-free. We have used them for quite some time now and can recycle templates or create brand new content with the new AI feature without any difficulty. Good enough We eventually moved to a product that updated our contacts easier and fasterin an emergency. Pros Constant Contact has a good platform and fairly easy interface. It has easy templates to make emails look really professional. Cons Some of the templates would keep old subject lines. Reviewing subject lines would be a great & helpful feature. Also needs a way to upload contacts faster.
