Easy to Use Pros Simple and easy to use with templates and designs that can be easily customized. Also nice to be able to schedule ahead of time. Cons Sometimes the templates can feel limiting or difficult to change the design. We have also had trouble with Constant Contact emails going into Spam.

Good product overall Overall for a general email system I enjoy using constant contact. Pros Constant Contact is overall easy to use and update as your company needs. The support is very helpful and always able to assist with my questions. Cons Some of the features are limited in regards to customization. Also there are a number of emails that default to end users spam files so our entire contact list does not receive emails.

As long as the data input is good, it very easy to send a bulk of emails to consumers and clients. Cons Some of the design things were wonky at first, but once I used it more they became easier to navigate.
Smooth and Intuitive Journey I think if I can compare the email marketing software apps out there, this one stands in the middle. It has good features but they could add more. Like more flexible template builder and modern interface. Pros We like the easy email template builder and the reports. They seem to be clean and simple. Their API integrates easily with our site as well. Cons The deliverability is not as high as other competitors. And we could not do A/B testing like other platforms that are allowing this feature.
