Simple and easy to use I think it is a great product. With the right audience it is a very useful tool Pros we have used constant contact for years. It was a way to send out at times a weekly and then later a monthly newsletter to our contacts. Cons no offense to constant contact but we got away from using it as our people did not respond to it as much as we would have liked.
Constant Contact: Still a good option for nonprofits! Overall, despite my one negative experience, I still recommend Constant Contact as the go-to email marketing tool for nonprofits. It's affordable, widely used, looks good enough, has solid list management & analytics, and has decent customer service (aside from the one experience I described) with an instant chat option I've used many times. Best Website Builder Pros Creating beautiful and fun emails for my list of people. I love that you can schedule when you want the email to be sent. But there is so much more one can do such as event registration and websites. Cons The only con to constant contact is customer support. It is a bit difficult to reach them at times even though they have many articles to help you out. They do offer chat support, but sometimes it's easier or more helpful to be able to speak with someone.
