Keeping In Contact We have significantly increased event participation and fundraising events income. Pros Once Constant Contact is deployed messaging becomes efficient and effective and it allows us to keep an event in the front of subscribers and members right up to te day of the event while using minimal personnel resources to reach large audiences Cons Deployment and initial data entry is time consuming.
Pretty good email marketing software We have been using the software for years and have seen no reason to change. Overall, we are very satisfied with CC. Pros Easy to set up and create campaigns. Ability to insert images brings my campaigns to "life". The ability to test the email look is important to us. Cons I would like Constant Contact to have more functionality for backgrounds. Only some downloaded backgrounds work with CC to change colors.
Easy to Use and Track Results I started with Constant Contact and was able to jump right into it and felt very comfortable with the system. The distribution lists and tags were very easy to use and made my use of the database as a CRM much easier. We didn't want to spend money on a true CRM so this did work well for our use.
