PYB's Review of Constant Contact Overall, I have been using Constant Contact for 2+ years. It has been amazing. However, I wish there were occasional updates to show improvement as well as add new features. Pros We love how easy it is to organize and manage all the different contacts we have. It allows us to send a lot of targeted emails and dive deep into A|B Testing Cons I wish the creation side of email designs were a bit better. Also, many times, images lose their high quality.
