Constant Contact is decent for the money but missing a few pieces It's decent for the money and easy to use but missing a few components for follow up. Pros They make building email marketing campaigns easy for me which is critical. They have a huge selection of templates and allow me to build my own. I also like the polling and RSVP buttons. Cons I am not notified when someone RSVP's to an event and I am not sure how to integrate a follow up email/calendar invite for when they respond.

A solid choice for email marketing Pros The email builder is intuitive, almost anyone on our team can make great looking emails with little effort. The ability to wrap your clients accounts underneath yours as an agency is fantastic and helps us cut down on having to log into so many client accounts. Cons We have not run into many issues with this software. Cons There are a lot of features and it can be overwhelming to try and learn everything at once. It's important to make sure that you're using the software to its full potential so that you can get the most out of it.
Email Features for a Price The platform is easy to use with experience but the costs outweighed the benefits of other programs on the market. We now use MailerLite and are very happy with the value of features and cost. Pros It was easy to create good-looking email templates and perform list management functions. The tutorials were educational and informative. Cons The monthly fees became overwhelming for the amount of subscribers we had. The social media integration was not as promised.
