In the mist of this crazy pandemic and refinance craze Robert Perry was able to streamline the process of refinancing our mortgage. He always kept in contact and everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better loan officer. All the hard work the team at Contour Mortgage put help set us up at a crazy low rate. Any time in the future we have other mortgage needs we will look here first.

Jarod Carmichael was an absolute pleasure to work with. Immensely knowledgeable on every aspect of the process. Even when I asked for options that he knew were not available, he would not just say that it was not an option, but he would completely break it down and give every detail as to why something was not an option. The personnel that assisted me were always professional when we talked and always provided answers to all questions that I asked with professional courtesy.
The overall was not bad, I just didn't like how drawn out the process became, eventhough I was told it would be sooner. Also, when other people from the company will be working along side the main broker, and will also be contacting the client from time to time, the main broker should make that known to the client. This is very important when someone has to submit important documents, especially since everything is done over the phone and internet.
