Smooth people helpful great and fast
Great process!
Will, our loan officer, was amazing to work with. His communications skills were superb. He was very knowledgeable in the loan process and was able to put it into terms we could easily understand. He always made himself available if we had any problems or questions throughout the process. I will definitely be referring friends/family to use Contour and ask for Mr. Caspari.
Simple! Every person involved, especially David Ferrell, were extremely polite and helpful throughout the refi process. Communication was between client and broker was well done also.
