My loan officer, William Caspari, was on top of our refinance all the way!!! Very professional, honest and very knowledgeable on every question I asked. Also had the patience of a saint! He walked me through all the numbers so that I understood and felt comfortable with everything. I would recommend him and Contour Mtg to all who need to buy a home or to refinance!!!

My Loan Officer showed courtesy and professionalism throughout the process. He kept me updated throughout the process, via email, text, or calling me directly. If I had questions about the process or documents requested, I received answers within minutes.
