Eric was amazing throughout this process. He went above and beyond time after time. He was patient in answering any questions we had no matter how many questions or how many times we asked the same question. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and more then willing to take the time to explain the entire refi process with me. He spent extra time on the phone with me going over numbers for all potential situations. His use of technology to all for fast electronic document submission was extremely helpful as I lived in another state from his office.

When I met chris he treated me like family, going above and beyond the call of duty to get done the work that needed to get done. what took other lenders over a month to do, chris got done in 8 days. Chris puts his customers first and cares about his job and it is very easy to tell from the commitment he gives. 11/10 would recommend and will recommend to ANYONE buying a home.
