We use Greg for all of our home sale/purchases and he always does an exceptional job. He always puts us at ease and goes above and beyond to make the experience stress-free for us. Mr. Lawernce was very professional, in the way he handle my refin., he explain the process from the start and told me each step of the loan to the final stage, which I want to say did go very well. Mr, Brown were friendly , and when I had question at any time I would call he would get back with me with the correct answers. Mr. Lawernce Brown in my opinion is the best loan officer that I have ever had to close my loan without any suprises.
He was very good at explaining everything. When I needed help I just called and he answered my questions. If he didn't have the answer right away he would get it and call me back.
Mikhail was fantastic to work with - always easy to reach and quick to respond. Explained everything clearly. More importantly, I truly felt I was working with a friend who wanted us to get this loan as much as we did. He was an invaluable asset during the process - not just for whatever magic he does behind the scenes :), but to hold our hands and explain and reassure. Highly, highly recommend this guy.
