Abe was the best loan officer I could have asked for. He went above and beyond his duties as a loan officer to get my loan closed. He was hands on and patient in explaining to my husband and I all the steps that we would be going through in our home buying journey. He was also very aware of the timeline which I had set for myself, and ensured that we were able to close in the right time. He's very responsive and you can tell that he takes it personally to follow through on the process.
I was thinking about re-financing and filled out an online request earlier this year. I was receiving a lot of calls and either told them I had changed my mind or was no longer interested. Dave answered every email I sent him (I sent a lot!) in a timely manner and gave me helpful tips to help push my loan through faster. He was efficient and accurate and worked solely at my convenience. I was referred to him by my aunt, and will refer him to anyone who asks.
