Andrey was a true professional and held my hand through the whole process from preapproval until closing. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Andrey was able to walk me through step by step. From a timing perspective, everything was completed according to our original expectation. I will definitely be working with Andrey on my next purchase.

Carol handled our mortgage financing efficiently and courteously. She was a pleasure to deal with. We were told that the closing would take place quite quickly, and so were eager to meet the proposed deadlines, which we did.

I had a great a experience with the help of Carol Satizbal She is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and always ready to answer my questions even after the closing for my house was done.
