Horrible service, smug attitude, placed me on the wrong car and never listened to what my needs were. Will not be back, will tell everyone to avoid this dealership. They push and berate you into a deal you can't afford.

GOT VEHICLE ON JUNE 27,2013 AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH LIGHTS THE FIRST WEEK. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER? WORK NOT DONE PROPERLY DUE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER NOT REQUEST THAT IT BE LOOKED OVER COMPLETELY.... VERY IMPATIENT KNOWING IT IS THERE ERROR?? YOU WILL JUST GET A "SORRY" DONT GO THERE!!!!! GOT TO GWINNETT PLACE NISSAN....STANDARDS MUCH BETTER....

Dealership added $1800 warranty fee to increase the profit margin on 2013 Nissan Sentra that I was purchasing. The warranty fee was unnecessary and was never discussed with me.

Mr Woods was very nice,I was upset to learn that i was charge fore an Extended service contract, when no one talk to me about it up to that point your service was nice Thanks Major

H O R R I B L E Customer service in service department. I'm at that dealership Every week because of their miscommunicaton, Staff is extremely RUDE. Mechanics left oil stains inside my car on the side panel . Very dirty and sloppy work. . If u have expensive car Or at least care for ur car I wouldn't take it to Conyers Nissan. NO WAY!!!!!!! Trust me before it's too late. All they are going to tell you later is "sorry".

I started looking for a sedan for almost a month now. I found one but I wanted to see other cars and check out my options. I drive passConyers Nissan a million times. I decided to stop by just to "LOOK". Well the sales man gretted me & I told him what I'm looking for & my price. He shows me the use cars & most of them weren't even serviced yet. Wow! Where do I begin? I have bought several cars from this dealership. Unfortunately for them this will be my last. I bought a used Altima in October of 2011. The deal seemed to be pretty good at the time until I really had the opportunity to drive the car and inspect it thoroughly. JERRY PIKE IS A BAD REPRESENTIVE OF SUCH GOOD DEALER IN CONYERS.MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIM TODAY IS SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST..AFTER APENDING OVER 30 THOUSAND ON A CAR AND RETURED THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE A MINER PROBLEM FIXED I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE IS OFFICE AND THE POLICE WAS CALLED ON ME I WAS NEVER SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIVE.I WILL NEVER DRIVE DOWN THAT STREET AGAIN MUCH LEST HAVE ANY SERVICE DONE AT THIS DEALER.

This place is a total scam. They lie about everything that was presented to me. I was a first time buyer and they changed my credit application after what I signed without me agreeing to it. My income was lied about to the bank they got me financing with and now I am in over my head with the bank.
