This has got to be the worst dealership that I have ever delt with. It does not matter what department (other than sales) you call; you will NOT be able to speak with anyone one. The service department is short staffed from what I am told, and no one ever answers the phone. It goes to voice mail, but the mailbox is full. Not good, apparently, they have a lot of cars that are in need of repair. I just called to get a copy of an invoice for a transmission that was put in my car in March. this dealership has the worst customer service. when you walk in, everyone just looks at you but never said hello may I help you. then I had the worst customer service and buying experience with a sellman name Cornelius. he told me he would get somethings fixed on my car that wouldn't be a problem to get fixed body wise, then once I buy it he comes back and tells me he can only fix one piece of the situation. that would of been a determining factor to me either buying the car or not!!! really feel like they got over on me wi... read more

I was assisted by multiple employees, but Cornelius is the sales agent I had the pleasure of working with and selling me my car. I am a first time car purchaser and Cornelius made this process extremely stress less for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you are looking to purchase a automobile I would recommend purchasing from Conyers Nissan 100%. You won’t regret it.

However , the practices he uses to make sales are borderline unethical. Mr. Whipple in times when we are trying to pull together , Covid 19, I ask that you be fair.
"Sales Team is Horrible" Went to them for a possible trade in spoke with the sales rep can't remember his name but this man ran my credit through 10 different banks (10 hard hits) without my approval. It has always been my experience that the sales rep asked you each time before they run your credit. This sales rep had no regard for me or my credit. My credit score dropped 71 points due to this. "Service" Conyers Nissan dealership deserves a ZERO stars. YOU ARE TREATED AS A NUMBER AND NOT A CUSTOMER.Their service department is terrible. I have taken my car to be serviced here before, every time it's a three hour wait time no matter what the service is. I recently took my car in to have my transmission fluid changed.
