"Totally horrible experience " Do not ever do business with this place. No one is in charge. They do not honor what they said and send you surprise bill.

"Angelo Moe is the worst" Troy Brunson is AMAZING with his cusomer service. Unfortunately one of his salespeople by the name of Angelo Moe is the worst! He's disrespectful to women and has called me an xxxxxxx for missing an appointment with him. Ladies RUN far away from this salesman. I recommend anyone but him.

"Worst Customer service" Originally they were really friendly and kind of compliant, all so they could get me to drive a newly used car off the lot. Everything was fine until a couple days after have buying the car, a manufacture deficit caused damage to the internals of the engine. As of now it’s been a whole week and the dealership has yet to reach out to me and acknowledge the damages. Also every time I call them, they leave me on hold and hang up..... several times!!!!!! "During our test drive we were sexually assaulted " Moe, was very disrespectful and said things like he likes to LICK everywhere on females , sexually assaulted my mother and I on the test drive

"Great experience- until I got home. " The sales department did great with selling me my Nissan Murano 2016. However, when I got home, I realized that my settings would not save. For example, my map was grayed out, clock wouldn’t stay on the correct time zone, and even my radio presets had to be reset every time I turned my vehicle one. "Bad experience check my credit 5 time when I when with my pe" I went in Nissan of Conyers because my credit card Capital One send me into select a car the old they run my credit 5 time put AI inquiry on my credit which is already have a pre-approval with Capital One already so it's just a mess I would not recommend one to do business there so I got the car but I cancel the next day

"Horrible customer service!!!" the service center had my car an entire month!!! Yes, an entire month!!! Updates on the progress of repair was to say the least few and far between. Phone calls were haphazardly returned, service manager was never available, left voicemail messages (only a couple were returned and not to the person leaving the message). Pricing was outrageous.
