Excellent Service So glad that I contacted Cool Air to inspect my A/C. I had purchased my condo and found the documents related to Cool Air. I wanted to have an inspection of the system as it was very loud when in operation. Also needed to have the filter changed. They did a great job. It sounds less noisy and now I have a clean filter. Tony was very nice. I would recommend them for A/C service
OUTSTANDING SERVICE Mike and Marlon installed a new AC unit in our apartment and we could not be more impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, hard work, and talent. They had a 10 hour day and worked the entire time. It was not an easy job given the old configuration of the building we live in and it required coordinating with a crane operator to deliver the new AC compressor and remove the old one from our building's roof. Would highly recommend Cool-Air stands by their commitment to satisfy their customers and their products. Our unit was less then a year old and the heating coil never worked. They are replacing it which entails ALOT of labor on their part. They are doing it free of charge which is such a relief to me!! I call this a excellent company to be so fair to their customers. They are also on time and call an hour before they arrive. GREAT company!!!
