INSTALLED THREE AIR CONDITIONERS My wife and I are very pleased with how Cool Air performed their work. the prices were reasonable. the persons doing the work were professional, courteous and cleaned up after they were done. After the work was done, there were a few small things that needed one more short visit to correct and that work has been completed to our complete satisfaction. We called for service immediately and to our surprise you had a technician here within two hours. He was courteous and professional at the same time. He fixed the problem and was on his way. Great services We were very pleased with Cool Air USA’s services. After an experience with another company that didn’t show up for the appointment, our tenant was delighted to see that a Cool Air USA technician arrived one hour after he called. We highly recommend this company.
David, the technician seemed knowledgable and did a thorough job of explaining everything he did. Good job. David was friendly and knowledgable and did a very good job. The price however seemed to be very much on the high side. No discount for a war veteran and senior citizen.
