The tech was knowledgeable and arrive on time. Although the service tech exhibited good customer contact skills, he did not take into consideration time management for the customer. There was excessive unnecessary dialogue costing the customer valuable time needed to attend to personal matters. However, I still recommend them to anyone who asks.

From Old to new in <30 hours!!! Just bought a house. Inspection revealed an old AC unit. Cool Air called to service, but unit was unserviceable. From decision to replace, to permitting, to electronic notary, to full replacement installation in under 30 hours! The whole Cool Air team were consummate professionals, excellent communications and fantastic customer service. Keep their number handy, you’ll never use another AC company in South Florida.

Why can’t everyone do business this way. Straight forward process to diagnose issue with AC. Beat competitor pricing by 30% no negotiation or head aches. The installer was extremely professional wore a mask the entire time he was at my home. I wish I Remembered the installers name because he was fantastic!! Respectful , transparent and polite. Would recommend to anyone!

Quite satisfied with the job. A technician called Zeke was sent out to resolve my issue with the thermostat. He did an excellent job in explaining in detail to me the operation of the thermostat and went beyond that to actually present me with options to choose a new thermostat as he determined that I needed one. He was patient in answering my questions and I consider him a major asset to your company.
