A very professional service Technician came to our house quickly. He found the problem and explained to us in a very professional way. He then fixed problem, and double checked throughout. We would highly recommend this company to others.
Just as Promised Shaun, need an additional part to complete our repair...he didn't leave us without AC, he used the old part to keep us going and promised he'd get the part and return late afternoon the next day, and since it was outside, we didn't have to be home...just as promised, got a call from customer service confirming the repair, got a call from Shaun later advising the repair was complete and he e-mailed pics...outstanding service...highly recommend
Highly recommend!!! Left a message to call for service Sunday evening and received a call back 7:30am Monday morning... they said a technician would be out between 11 and 2... he called and arrived as promised.... opened the unit, took pictures, ran a few tests, found the problem and explained everything.... replaced the condenser fan motor....Shaun was very professional, obviously knew his trade.... highly recommend

Fast & reliable service Out of the blue our A/C stopped working. We made an online appointment for the following day. The day of the appointment the tech called and was available 3 hours before the scheduled time. He came, diagnosed the problem, he offered several solutions and corrected the problem. We couldn’t be happier with the quick and affordable service!
Fixed ACI dealt with several technicians on a couple of issues and they were all very helpful prompt and friendly. The same goes for their call center. I had a really good experience and I would recommend them to others and use them again. One of the best service companies I’ve ever used. All AC technicians and call-center reps are very courteous, responsive and timely.
