Great Service! Sean did a very thorough job and was able to reach my unit in the attic. He took pics of everything and explained it all to me. He was very professional and I certainly hope to see him again next time I need service.

Would highly recommend Contractors are the BEST!!!! Very easy to work with and most importantly they are FAIR when it comes to billing you. Zeke is GREAT to work with and explains what the problem is in terms that normal people can understand. They are on time and call before they come and clean up neatly when finished. I really like them. It doesn't take long to get an appointment for them to come out also.

I was very happy with my service rep. I would like to know why I have to clean pipe with vinegar every 3 weeks and add water? What causes the pipe to clog? Why do I have to do this.
Life savior! Last night I started to notice the air coming out of my vents was no longer cold. I dreaded a night without a.c. it's not easily tolerated here in Sunny Isles. My neighbor had recently told me about Cool Air. I called them praying that someone would fix this problem. A side note is this was Saturday night and it was pouring rain.
