Punctual and very friendly The technician called me exactly at the hour of the appointment and did a very thorough inspection of the unit. He told me upfront the work needed, and once I approved it, he started to work. He was extremely courteous at all times. He sent me an invoice to my email with details of the work, and photos before and after the repair. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the friendly personnel on the phone and the technician. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Archie was great!!! Honestly I have had so many bad experiences. This company was very fast to make an appt. Archie called before to figure out before he got there what was the issue. He was extremely friendly, took his shoes off, was pleasant personality and he showed me the issues and also gave advice how to take care. Hands down the best experience!!

Excellent service!! I don't usually write reviews when a job is just well done. But in this case, Cool Air deserves the time spent on writing this one. I have dealt with this company for over three years now. I bought a new AC unit from them and they resolved all problems related to its operation regardless of who was to blame. Professional The other morning I woke up and noticed the temperature in my apartment was different than the temperature that I set it at. I called and placed a service call. Before I knew it this gentleman arrived and started to access the situation. He flushed out the pump and we thought that was it fixed. He then noticed that it still was no working properly, he then wanted access to the roof where the compressor was located. Everything has been checked out and the problem has been resolved. I really don’t know how I can express how good this group of men and women are. I have had multiple times that I have contacted COOL AIR USA and they have completed the work every time with great results. They have made repairs to my A/C at least 3 times with in the past 3 years, and replaced the duct work within my home.
