Service with a smile I purchased my new AC from CoolAir last summer. This summer was a checkup appointment to maintain our new unit and keep it running smoothly. Our service technician, Archie, was friendly and informative. Everything looked good thanks to the tips he told us about last year when we bought the AC. We will continue to use CoolAir, when needed. Their customer service and knowledgeable technicians will keep us coming back.
