Good job Joseph! Our A/C unit was not cooling. Joseph came in and immediately diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to resolve it, and he did successfully. He was very efficient, courteous and responsible. Very pleasant guy.
Thank you for installing the new thermostat! We have used Cool Air USA to replace an old existing A/C unit and were happy with all of the folks who came to do the installation. We then decided that the thermostat needed to be replaced and we opted to have Cool Air USA to replace the old thermostat with a new Nest--they did a superb job of installation in a timely manner. We highly recommend Cool Air USA for all A/C needs!
