The technician was great ! The tech assesed the problem promptly, came on time and fixed the ac quickly. He was very informative, professional, and left everything clean. I will definitely use this company again if I have future problems with my ac.

Today I had a second inspection and tune up because I was not happy with the first one. I have been observing all my inspections and tune ups since purchasing my AC from Cool Air, and knew this was not a good rep for them. The inspection and tune up today was much differect than my previous one, pointing out various things that needed attention, that the previous emp.. never looked at. Outstanding service We have called and employed David and his crew a couple of times to maintain our central AC unit and both times the customer service and quality of work have been outstanding. This is our go-to AC people to get the work done right the first time.
